Catherine Leffray, farmer, poultry breeder and member of the executive board of the Agrial Cooperative, presented her family-run farm, the organization of the poultry value chain and the assets of the cooperative model. As such, your will liaise with producers or producer consortia and your main assignments will include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting direct business relationships with producers and producer consortia.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the portfolio of current customers and setting up new partnerships to develop sales, especially in the southern part of the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting sales negotiations with customers, responding to their objections, showcasing the company\u2019s products, in keeping with the established pricing rules and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Managing sales promotion and technical events in the area (participation in breeder and technician meetings, detection of potential malfunctions in buildings or abnormal animal behavior, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for applicants who&#8230; :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hold at least a two-year vocational degree in farming and\/or agri-business and have initial technical experience in the poultry breeding sector (hatcheries, nutrition, health, etc.) and would like to move on to a technical and sales position.<\/p>\n<p>Your independence, professionalism, organizational skills and adaptability will allow you to provide high quality tailored support to your customers, to guarantee their satisfaction and consolidate the company\u2019s position in your area.<\/p>\n<p>For business negotiations, your persuasion skills, as well as your technical expertise will enable you to hold your own convincingly with your customers and potential partners.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Level of qualification:\u00a0:<\/strong> At least a two-year vocational degree in farming and\/or agri-business<br \/>\n<strong>Experience :<\/strong> Previous professional technical experience in the poultry sector<\/p>\n<p><strong>The company :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We specialize in the selection of turkeys, laying hens, swine, aquaculture species and traditional poultry, with specific R&amp;D teams in each sector.
